Helping You Access Treatment
Upon your first contact, several staff carry out duties designed to support your treatment, make your visits comfortable and convenient while meeting professional and regulatory requirements. You will be asked questions about the nature of your problem including duration, frequency and severity of symptoms as well as your insurance coverage, medical referral, address and phone number.
We will schedule and conduct a “record opening” to formally establish your consent to receive treatment, obtain insurance company authorization for payment of services, obtain your signature agreeing to meet any co-pay requirements and open our medical record of your treatment.
